Avocado & Smoked Salmon with Ranch Dressing

Who doesn’t love a breakfast which feels like a real treat but which takes mere seconds to assemble? This is guaranteed to add a bit of magic to breakfast time and when isn’t that a good idea?

You don’t really need a recipe for this, it’s more of an assembly job, but I’ve put one below anyway.

Avocado & Smoked Salmon with Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 slice of smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons of keto ranch dressing
  • 1 tomato
  • Half a lemon
  • Black pepper

Directions

Cut your avocado in half and remove the stone

Dice your tomato (discarding the seeds) and put inside the hollow of the avocado.

Top with a spoonful of ranch dressing and your smoked salmon.

Squeeze lemon juice and add a grinding of black pepper.
