This is a great dip which can be used equally well as a dressing. Perfect for dipping crunchy veggies as a snack, as a salad dressing or alongside chicken skewers.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 12 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp powdered garlic
- 1 tsp onion salt
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and ideally leave to stand for around half an hour for the flavours to infused together before serving. Will keep in the fridge
If it’s a bit thick to use as a dressing just add a couple of tablespoons of water and mix to thin it to a dressing consistency.
